Code of Ethics

In order to contribute to the establishment of a transparent organizational culture and the spread of an ethical culture, the executives and staff members of the Daegu Foundation for Culture & Arts promise to establish standards of value judgment and behavior that all executives and staff must adhere to and to actively participate in the practice of these standards, and pledge as follows.

One, We will conduct all business fairly and impartially in compliance with laws and principles, and conduct business transparently and fairly with integrity and honesty.

One, We will do our best to conduct fair, transparent, and free management, protect the public interest by practicing our duties, and do not pursue self-interest in the process of conducting our duties.

One, We will not accept money or favors in any case while conducting our duties, and will avoid any acts or relationships such as corruption or unjust orders using our positions.

One, We respect the personality of each employee, grant equal opportunities, and make every effort to eradicate disrespectful behavior among employees.

One, We will do our best to enhance the credibility of public administration by upholding the duties and fulfilling the responsibilities of public officials.

One, As a member of the community that constitutes the local community, we will strengthen ties with local residents and contribute to the employment and cultural development of the local community.
