Daegu Foundation for Culture & Arts declares the following safety and health management policy to establish a sustainable safety and health foundation through thorough responsibility and active commitment to fulfill its obligations, with the life and safety of citizens and workers who enjoy culture and arts as the top priority in management and operation.
1. Create a safe and healthy workplace by establishing a safety culture in which all members, including employees, practice the basic principles of safety and comply with laws and regulations.
2. Establish a safety and health management system to ensure the safety and health of visitors, citizens, artists, and employees, and continuously develop preventive activities to reduce risks.
3. Establish safety and health goals in a timely manner and conduct systematic safety and health education and training to achieve them.
4. Continuously promote safety and health incident prevention activities to predict and proactively manage potential risks.
5. Strengthen the mutual cooperation system of subcontracting, service, and consignment relationships, and fulfill responsibility and role to improve the working environment of citizens and employees and reduce industrial accidents.
6. Ensure the participation and consultation of citizens and employees in establishing safety accident prevention and improvement measures, and disclose this policy to realize transparent safety and health management.
